I had a very disappointing experience sending a courier to India through Meest. Approximately 2 kg of items were missing from my package when it arrived. The packaging was not done properly, and the items inside were not clearly listed or documented. I was also not given any proper information about insurance coverage, which made the situation even more frustrating. The overall service felt careless and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I am not satisfied and would not recommend Meest to others.

Honestly, I was nervous because it was my first time sending something so far, but the staff explained everything kindly. My parents received the parcel safe and sound, and they could not believe how quickly it arrived. Now they are asking me when the next one is coming.
My niece in Hyderabad received her glitter pens, sticker books, and those fancy markers she always wanted. Thank you, Meest! You made this long-distance aunt feel close again ❤️
