My husband & I were able to make an appointment within a 2 week timeframe and within our schedule. There were a couple counselors who accepted our insurance coverage and the front desk was very helpful, sympathetic and friendly. However, the counselor we saw merely gave us a "diagnosis" of the issue without answers. In fact, the entire hour wasnt even focused on our marriage or saving it. It was focused on our son and his issues. I tried to redirect the session to no avail and ultimately left more frustrated than Id arrived.... read more
