Simple and straightforward. They were very responsive and respectful. Prices are generalized for each part it doesn't matter about the condition of the part you can pay $5 go inside the lot check it for yourself and take it out by yourself. If you like the part you are looking for you pay for the part it's the same price for a particular part for every single car so everything is pretty transparent.
