Great service, Good on their word.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed a $1,000 deposit on a Renault Koleos vehicle, and turned out that vehicle had some issues with it like brake pads and very dirty inside. Basically it was not in a saleable condition but I agreed to it as Mark said, he will get it cleaned. After the fix, the vehicle was cleaned but still had a stink and very dirty under the seats. Bought a car from here, very simple and straightforward process and all staff are lovely and willing to compromise a price. Would definitely recommend buying a car here as all the prices are also fair fair. I had a problem with the suspension after buying the car and the dealership contributed majority of the money to get the car fixed - for me this is great customer service and show that they do really care about they’re customers! couldn’t recommend enough!!!
Mark and son Harrison were amazing and easy to deal with. They went up and beyond for us. Mark was empathetic and with a good discount he helped us with an economical car to suit our family and budget. It's just not the presales service but our confidence in being taken care of in the after sales to follow. Genuinely nice family business!
