I've been a residential customer with Meer Mechanical for about 18 years.I am on a service program where they service my furnace, heat pump and fireplaces twice yearly and everytime they send someone, thay are on-time and professional. Especially, but not limited to Aiden and Victor. This year I needed to replace my heat pump and hot water tank and decided to stick with Meer. Man am I ever glad I did! Meer very poor and never respond to phone inquiries. This is second time I have called to talk about HVAC stuff for our home staff said they are too busy and will call back by end of day , still waiting for call back .Meer installed our system in new build 2 years ago perhaps that is their business model ( install and move on to someone else ) .Everyone be careful check others out our experience was not good . I would like to resubmit a revised review regarding the servicing of my furnace. Meer Mechanical has rectified the issue. They sent 2 service technicians over 2 days to see if they could locate the problem and fix it. They did! On time, quality workmanship and the customer service was excellent. Both technicians took the time to explain what the issue was, also, a quick lesson on the furnace installed which is high efficiency, therefore, it would operate somewhat differently than the previous one.
