Big thank you to Doug for taking the time to check our car this morning when we quite literally dropped in without an appointment. Travelling and having a home on wheels can be stressful when things go wrong or don't seem right - your input and opinion regarding our concern really put our minds at ease. Good ol’ fashion friendly service! As others have mentioned, we were also on our way to explore Wilson’s Prom when we had a strange noise suddenly develop under the hood. We stopped in here without notice (on a Friday) and Doug was happy to take a look and a listen! He was able to give us peace of mind that we were right to crack on with the trip without fear of needing an unexpected tow any time soon. Alison and team were so helpful. I don't normally leave reviews but the quality of care was fantastic. Our campervan needed a new timing belt and alternator which they managed to sort out in under 24 hours all while giving us a spare battery in the meantime so we could continue exploring the area. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a speedy, compassionate garage service
I was travelling and needing a wheel bearing replacement asap and couldn’t continue the road trip without it. Even during the busy Easter holiday time they took us in on short notice. Our road trip would have been over if we had to wait for other mechanics to fit us in later. Super friendly and easy service from the reception and mechanic. Highly recommend their service thank you so much team! Also enjoyed spending the day in the small cute town and stayed at the recreation oval. Great experience
