Love Meenal! She listens, she is attentive and i never feel rushed during the appointment. She takes her time and explains everything. She follows up quickly with my chart messages. She goes above and beyond!!
Dr. Walia is one of the best PCPs in Williamsburg. She is quick to respond to any messages I send to her and very helpful whenever I have questions. She is not like most doctors who come into the appt, stay for two minutes, then leave. She is attentive, listens to you and takes her time as to ensure that she has the right plan of action in place for you. She genuinely makes you feel heard and cared for. Let me start by saying that my first and second visit with PA Walia were absolutely great!! She was patient, kind and seemed to care about my well being. Now this last visit (3 month follow-up) was different. I am a Veteran and she is/was my VA Primary Care Provider. As any Veteran knows, it can challenging getting referrals through the VA etc. however, as a patient I should never be the punching bag for the lack of resolution in this area as I was calling them as well.
