She needs to be more engaged with her patients.
My 87 year old grandmother has been a patient at this practice for a few years. It has always been a busy office, as many doctors offices are, but our experience receiving medical advice and care within the last year, since my grandmother has been living in an assisted living facility, has been horrible.
