The staff was compassionate and friendly from my first encounter with valet staff until I walked out the front door after my appointment. I didn’t use valet but was warmly greeted by the attendant behind the desk as I walked through the first set of doors. I’m not sure if I want to continue seeing this office. This doctor was nice from my first office visit, but after that I felt like I’m non - existent as a patient. It started with an MRI order. I completed the appointment as instructed especially since I’m in a lot of discomfort. When I called this office and asked the nurse if she could reach out to radiology and expedite the results, she said they’ve never done that before. Great experience except waiting 3-4 hours past surgery time. Anyone was kind and accommodating while I was waiting to head back to surgery. My surgeon was fantastic!
