For those who are in need of care from an endocrinologist, I strongly recommend Dr. Pande of McLeod Regional Health Center in Florence, SC. I have been seeing her since I was diagnosed with osteoporosis in my 50’s. With her help and expertise I have maintained a healthy lifestyle with no broken bones. She provides excellent service that includes the latest information on current medications and screening for new developments. Dr. Pande is an excellent Endocrinologist. My husband and I both see her. Dr. Pande listens to you and really cares about your health. The receptionist, most of the time, seems like she’s had a bad day already. Doesn’t greet you just opens the window and then you tell her who you are to check in. No warm welcome at all. The staff once you get in the back has a great attitude and will talk with you. I give Dr. Pande a “10” rating. I give the receptionist a “1”.
Dr Pande saved my life. I was diagnosed with hurtle cell carcinoma. If I had health insurance she is worth the drive from Florida, where I currently live to see her in South Carolina. In 20 years I haven't found another like her.
