The office was timely. I was able to fill out paperwork in advance. Dr. Pande saw me quickly. She was very kind- asked LOTS of questions, asked for my opinions on things, explained concepts I didn't understand, and reviewed referral notes from my other doctors. She didn't have a desire to medicate without a clear problem. She was quick to follow up with me after my appointment.

Dr.Panda is wonderful. First time seeing her. She communicated well with me and listened to everything I had to say. She knows how to explain stuff in the right way. She's a very caring and compassionate Doctor. She wasn't in a rush to leave the room to go to the next patient. The office staff was great.All of them was very nice, and the office was very clean. Also I didn't have to wait long.
I never saw the doctor. I felt like I was being deterred from coming into the office from the very beginning. I certainly hope her beside manner is better than the unwelcoming experience that I had. Oh, its a long story behind this, but all I will say is you'd better have all of your ducks in a row and make sure you meet all of the criteria before wasting your time to go to your appointment and not be able to be seen.
