I just had surgery two weeks ago a total thyroidectomy Dr. Meena took good care of me the pain was minimal she is a good Surgeon I feel so much better I would recommend her highly.thank you so very much.
I needed emergency surgery . I am usually a cedars patient , but I couldn’t get in there . So I went to St. John’s and Dr Said was my surgeon, I didn’t know anything about her and I always research my doctors . This was an emergency as I had sepsis. They took me to surgery right away . Your manager named Natasha is rude. To think that she's a "manager". De escalation could go along way. I do believe as a manager, you should know that. If you want to get information from somebody try to be nice and kind. Stop being entitled. No wonder your office have bad reviews
@LPerkins - I think perhaps you should check your notes. I have not worked for this woman since September/ beginning of October. I had only two interactions with you. Once on the phone when I was asked to cancel your appointment due to the doctor’s illness and once in the office. Hands down one of the worst experiences I've ever had with medical care, and I'm a transgender person on Medi-Cal, so that's saying a lot. From being referred to Dr. Said to the day my surgeon confirmed they received consultation notes from her was OVER FIVE MONTHS. The first sign of trouble was the game of phone tag that lasted over a month.
