Meemic Insurance is cheap for a reason. They suck! Customer service or lack there of is a joke. The website is useless. Forget about calling anyone, they're as useless as the website.

I will say, their rates are low and I have not yet filed a claim (so maybe my review will change once I have had that experiencewith Meemic). But I received an email from Meemic stating that I had new documents to sign for my policy. The email specifically stated that I urgently needed to sign these documents, but when reading the documents it had contradicting messages, saying that I did not need to sign (welcome to insurance lol!). This was one of the worst insurance experiences I’ve ever had. I chose Gimmick/Meemic because of their connection with AAA and assumed the process would be smooth, but it was a nightmare from start to finish. Poor communication between Gimmick and AAA caused months of confusion, missing paperwork, and delays. My homeowners policy was canceled because a tree in my yard which had already been professionally cut in the spring of 2025.
