I have been a customer of Meemic for as long as I can remember… at least 20 years and more… I’m not sure what has happened … the customer service is horrible. I have never been talked to the way I was today… largely due to errors on their part. I’m in Michigan .. stayed on hold for over 40 minutes waiting for a rep. A guy comes on and puts me back on hold for another 40 minutes. The rep was so very rude and couldn’t answer any of my concerns. HELP!!!!
They do not cover any damage that has occurred over time. Invisible water leak doing damage to your home? Not covered. Mold? Not covered. They may have lower rates, but don't plan on seeing any of that money put to work.
Total joke of a company who does not care about anyone or anything but themselves and their profit. Do not use this company, unless you want to be stranded in your time of need. Insurance is supposed to make you whole after an accident has occurred. Instead they do nothing and hope you will, i guess, forget about you car and just walk everywhere. Lazy and useless agents.
Meemic Insurance is cheap for a reason. They suck! Customer service or lack there of is a joke. The website is useless. Forget about calling anyone, they're as useless as the website.
