Andrew Basom at the Washtenaw Ave. office has been extremely friendly and helpful in answering my questions about multiple policies. I call him when I get a mailing or invoice that I need help with. Despite the zillions of customers he deals with, he always knows my insurance history and tailors his answers to the larger context. Great agent! I’ve been with the Gordon Group agency for decades. Currently waiting on a homeowner’s claim to be completed. Assuming service will be as good as past experience.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Man on the phone was impatient and didn't have any respect for customers.
