I had such a great experience last time so I was so excited to bring a friend here to try the church french toast. The idea of it was great but it was brought to us cold and without butter and syrup. It was served with two fruit coulis that were not good. And for $15, 2 pieces of bread seems like a rip off to me. It was a la carte. I got a side of biscuits and gravy but again, it was cold. This is probably the trend these days. The value versus the portions. I ordered the Brisket breakfast burrito, and I believe my son ordered a different breakfast burrito. Filler filler filler. I had visited this place before. The food was amazing. Didn’t really remember the portions. I was just happy that the atmosphere was great. The service was great. But this time, the food. i’ve gone twice to this place. I went during father’s day and it was very busy, but we were still sat within 10 minutes. It’s a very small place, and everything is made from scratch. On father’s day, all 2-3 of the high chairs very used so we had to use a booster seat. Staff was very nice about it. They were almost out of apple juice for Father’s Day breakfast.
