Called to try and get help with weather shield windows as they are certified to service. Spoke to their person and refused to come to do service or and/or replace windows. Asks for reasons and was told that they do not help unless I could show proof that they did inital windows. Explained that they were installed before I bought the home and they are nearest dealer so I assume they did. Said they would not help me.
We just had a very discouraging experience at Meeks design center in Springdale. We had been told that they carried a certain window that we’d decided to replace 23 of our current ones with. We arrived at 4:30, just 30 minutes before they closed. We had gone to the Meeks in Rogers, but they told us the design center in Springdale would be the one to help us.
