Service is OK, no used tires they send them to retreat. 70$ for tire swap
I was over charged here yesterday, Manny is gone the alignment guy is gone they replaced them with people they don't know anything about tires or alignment, the alignment guy spend 4 hours on my truck bend my shocks mount and couldn't finish the job cause the guy he keeps call on face time to tell him how to do an alignment stops answering his call, I got 2 steer tires $386 dollar each and some how I end up with $1163.82 and a bend shocks mount on my truck and I need to go somewhere else to fix what they missed up on my truc... read more
This shop is my favorite shop at all times, I have been dealing with Manny at this shop for a while. Manny was amazing and helpful. The new manger David has taking over. I was worried at first, but he is the best. I brought a semi truck for alignment, and two steer tires changed. I drove the truck home, but something felt off, he assured me that he will check things in the morning. I told him that it feels that there is no alignment done on this truck. The both times I’ve been to get a tired repaired, it’s a two hour wait. Today they said they don’t do warranties and that I should have to other tire shop to get the nail out of the tire. I’ll get my service from somewhere else and when it’s time to buy a set of tires, it definitely won’t be with meekhof.
It used to be a great place. Now, under the new management it's horrible. Dave has no clue what a PM service is and charges more than double than TA. He needs to go
