Jane Smith clinic. I will report specifics to the state. She is absolutely terrible. The administrator Teresa does not care about the quality of care that the doctors give.
This isn't my primary clinic but I moved to town 2 years ago so when I was sick it was easier to go to urgent care here than drive to glencoe. Big mistake. Apparently urgent care is billed as an office visit (which no one told me). They were so rude when I called to get it sorted out too. Will never go back. The care I recieved was also not the best. Doctor didn't seem to care much or even fully look into what was going on.
Very unimpressed with the communication between the clinic and hospital I had an appointment scheduled for a month and get called 3 days before telling me I have to reschedule. The radiology desk person rescheduled my appointment to a day I said did not work with my schedule and then I talked to a nurse at the clinic she said one thing and got another call from the hospital saying the opposite thing.
I wish I could rate ZERO stars. Absolutely worthless facility along with half the providers they employ. They’ll make sure to charge you over 2k for the 3 minutes you talked to the doctor and they dismissed all your problems though!
