My family has been extremely happy with our Vibrant internet service. However, the number listed on their website to call for assistance—in this case to simply ask them to halt our seasonal lake cabin internet for the winter— took 20 minutes. Hey Vibrant, how about providing the ability to temporarily halt service on your website or providing enough staff to answer your phones? The humans that I spoke to were polite and helpful, but really, 20 minutes to request a disconnect?
Outstanding from the initial contact through the complete installation. Everyone was professional and informative of what was being done and why it was being done. The installation is complete and working even better than I expected.
