The level of care Dr. Adan gives is unbelievable. Sessions are intensive, thorough and informative. Denise is insightful, calming and intuitive. She was able to discover a direct route to alleviate the pain I was feeling. Highly recommend her!
I am so glad I found Denise and look forward to our visits together. She is very relatable and down to earth and really listens to what ails you. She will go above and beyond and looks after her patients, often times doing extended visits impromptu. Im excited to see what progress we make together :)
Denise kept my arm going after a serious injury and excessive use. She knows how to break in past the level of care, every acupuncturist before were unable to do. She's made a believer out of me. Denise is such a gift!! She’s able to meet you where you’re at and then support you in your process. I’m so glad I found a fellow Chicagoan who understand both that experience and integrates PDX culture. Even better she is also Mexican (and Polish) and I don’t need to translate significant cultural ways. She’s super receptive to feedback (finding needles that work better for my body) and has really curated such a special practice/space. Couldn’t recommend her more!!
