Dr. Charles is THE BEST doctor I've ever had. Knowledgeable, solution-oriented, compassionate, and has such great bedside manners. I love her and her team. Highly recommend (even though she's constantly booked lol but speaks to her quality of work).
Dr Charles took the time to listen to my concerns. She has a great bed side manner. She explained the next steps/follow up in a professional and patient friendly manner. The staff is amazing too, they are polite and friendly.
She is such a wonderful women. She made me feel so comfortable. I had so many questions and she answered them and talk me through all of them.
Dr Charles provides excellent care; she remembers details about my health from year to year. Always allows time for questions, too.
