Dr. Charles is one of the most caring and kind GYN’s I have seen. She talks to you, not at you! she takes her time. She gives you ample time for questions and answers. She’s available for phone calls in the evenings. She answers questions on the online portal. Her office stuff in the cold spring Office are very lovely as well as all her nurses.
