MEEC is a first rate school that teaches children of all types how to love and accept each other. Their speech therapists come up with wonderful and creative ways to engage kids, that they don’t even realize their learning. Even the shyest looks forward to speech time.
My daughter, who has Down syndrome, started going to Jen at this clinic when she was a toddler. The approaches Jen used, swinging, climbing, bouncing, to name a few, along with “mouth work” (I don’t remember the exact terminology) helped my daughter’s speech development tremendously. These therapists are fantastic and I highly recommend them!
