I've just come out of a waxing session, and I'm disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. The beautician seemed a bit lost, and went over the same spot 3-4 times in a random fashion. I still had wax on my back, which she suggested I remove myself with her product. In the end, the waxing turned out to be asymmetrical, with a clearly visible lack of finish. So yes, disappointed, I won't be back.
