Edited to add: this office will now refuse you of you are 6 minutes late. I have had a mixed feeling about this place. Some staff are friendly but the processes are not followed. You have to call to make sure they do what they say or you won't get the referral you need. I'm very unhappy with the current situation my husband is in with their care. I called the clinic to reschedule my baby’s appointment because we couldn’t make it on that day so after I talked to the staff she said she can move it at the nearest available date. So I’m relieved that I was able to reschedule not far from the original appointment but after a day before the appointment I didn’t receive a text message so I called and they said I didn’t book an appointment so we have to wait 2 months for the next appointment available!! Smh
