If I could give 0 stars that would be very ideal. As a previous employee, I would definitely, definitely not recommend working for MedZed. The mission and intention to help others in their health plus to limit traffic in ER is great and understandable, yet the constant change of rules every single time is overwhelming and let’s not say the over turn of staff and constant change in managers. Their case managers contact you just to re traumatize you and ask all your business, they set appointments but don’t bother to show up. They do not return calls and all they do is set you backwards.
