If I could give 0 stars that would be very ideal. As a previous employee, I would definitely, definitely not recommend working for MedZed. The mission and intention to help others in their health plus to limit traffic in ER is great and understandable, yet the constant change of rules every single time is overwhelming and let’s not say the over turn of staff and constant change in managers. Their case managers contact you just to re traumatize you and ask all your business, they set appointments but don’t bother to show up. They do not return calls and all they do is set you backwards.
If I could give a zero star I would. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had. I had two different case managers. They both failed in accountability. They would make appointments only to be late, forget or call a hour early. They have done zero for me. Don't waste your time with them. Total waste of government money.
