I had my introductory session with Courtney yesterday and was very impressed at both the gym set up and the time taken to set up a programme tailored to suit me. As we went through, machines were set for my height and ability. Courtney took the time to explain how with the strength training programme once a week is all that is needed and this fits in with my lifestyle. I would recommend to anyone thinking of trying.
