love this company, they pick up anyone for us anytime when no one else will, always reliable and friendly
Leroy drives like a psycho. Constantly taking turns so fast the wheelchair tips. Going 10 to 20 over the speed limit on residential roads. Somehow with all that racecar driving he still manages to take hours to pick you up. He smacks you with the heavy metal buckle on the seatbelt every time too. He's left bruises and busted cups. When I finally had one too many incidents of him not anchoring my chair right and it tipping over while I was in it, I said I don't want to be transported by him anymore. I can't stand Medwise Services! Because of contracts with a couple of nursing homes I've been in, I have no choice but to use them. They are rude, never on time, making me wait until they take other people going to the same place. Had an accident a few weeks ago when the driver forgot to lock my the front wheels on my wheelchair.
Your van says non- emergent transport, but your driver drives like they're driving an ambulance without a patient in it! Speeding, tailgating, purposely staying in my blindspot! I wouldn't trust you with my loved ones. Nor would I recommend you to transport anyone else! This particular incident was on highway 96 and again on the Webb Road exit.
