I am very disappointed with my experience at Medwin Family office. While I have a good opinion of the doctor and continue to go there because I feel the doctor provides good care, the experience with the reception staff has been extremely unpleasant.The two ladies at the front desk are very rude and did not know how to speak to or treat clients respectfully and this happens everytime. My experience with this doctor’s office has been very positive. Dr. Manjula Raguthu truly listens to my concerns and takes the time to address ongoing health issues rather than rushing through appointments. I appreciate that my pain and symptoms are taken seriously, and that my doctor is willing to order tests, referrals, and work toward real solutions. Dr Raguthu and his medical assistant was outstanding on diagnosing pain on my thigh, legs, and lower back. They used the EMG test and nerve conduction study to confirm the pain. My appointment was done within 1hr and I was able to go back to work.
