This office is the worst. I found this office due to my husband‘s prior PCP only now taking Medicare patients so I left us no choice but to find a new PCP. This office has known respect for time, sensitive things that is needed to be done pertaining to the doctor signing documents. My husband presented a document for the doctor to sign off on pertaining to his employer. We go through this quite frequently to ensure that he is healthy enough to perform his job duties. Me and my family had a very negative experience at this medical practice. The staff was rude, dismissive, unorganized, and the care I received was far below expectations. We felt ignored/not listened to/mistreated and important concerns about my health were not taken seriously, Communication was poor, wait times were unreasonably long, and overall I did not feel cared for as a patient. Dr. Medwin and his staff are very professional, courteous, attentive and kind. Had to find a new PCP because my insurance changed and I am pleased and delighted to have found Medwin Clinicians. I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my visits. Dr. Medwin takes his time to know his patients and their needs. This is my first time receiving services from Dr. Medwin and I will be making him my primary care doctor from now on. I came in today to conduct a physical examination for my job. Dr. Medwin was very thorough and maintained professionalism throughout the examination. The front desk staff was very helpful in making the registration process smooth.
