The idiot receptionist woman said I’m not allowed in the waiting room, and the sign only says in the exam room! I argued with her and she got really rude! She was very ignorant, she needs fired!
Do NOT see Dr Plank. She is rude and she will kill someone someday. My asthmatic son went today with symptoms of bronchitis. She confirmed by listening to his lungs. According to her, bronchitis needs to “run it’s course”. In a child. With asthma. Pretty sure that means pneumonia and death. No meds, just hurried out. I will be filing a claim with DOH and my insurance company as I am now, 3 hours later, writing this review from the ER
RecommendedIt is very clean and everyone is very helpful and pleasant. They get you in and out quickly which is a plus because I hate waiting for anyone. And Dr. Lisa Wirfel is the BEST.

such a nice place that is nice, welcoming, and pleasant. Another hospital did a mammogram before, and hurt me bad and was terrible. Here, was such the opposite! I had no pain, and the staff were nice and very informative! 10 Stars!!!!!
Only come if you have nothing better to do and don't need to be seen right away. Longest. Wait. EVER.
Get here earlier rather than later. The wait is what kills you.
