Great surgery and team here. Very professional and thorough. Very warm and welcoming reception and staff. All the GPs here are beyond expectations. I recently had a consultation with Dr Patrick Tehan as my regular GP was away. I found him to be the utmost professional and very caring in his thorough approach. I had a deeply disappointing experience with Medwell in Caloundra. They accepted a booking for me on my only weekdays off—an important appointment I needed—only to call the day before and cancel. No alternatives, no options, just a last-minute cancellation. I get very few weekdays off, and now I’m left without any chance of rebooking. Completely unprofessional—avoid at all costs if you value your time.
