I will be looking for a new doctor for me and my daughter
The staff is very unprofessional. I called to get test results and the secretary put me on hold and hung up on me. I tried calling back several times and it sent me straight to voicemail
Big Big fan of Dr. Madapati. She is the reason I am alive. I am almost 83. She has been my physician for the last 12 yrs. She is extremely knowledgeable, very very courteous, great bed side manners, diagnosis is spot on. Cant thank her enough. Highly highly recommend Dr. Madapati.
Patients BE-WARE (I'm not one to complain, let alone write this review BUT people should know) Went to Madapati for close to 2 years. In that time frame she, talked down to me about other patients, sent my script 45 minutes away to the wrong location at least (4) different times, Failed to call me back for days (if not a week) at a time. Dr Indira madapati is a wonderful dri used to think however months ago I went to see her for a skin problem I was trying to explain to her the issue she was dismissing my concerns then said honey your insurance doesn't pay me enough to stand here and listen to all this I am on medicaid and no they don't pay alot however she shouldn't except medicaid instead of treating people on medicaid like we don't matter
