Really frustrated and disappointed in this service. Like many others, the 1st time was fine, but the renewal process and the spam emails and phone calls are ridiculous. Their system is so confusing that right now, I have a MMJ ID but no certification...which begs the question, why did they provide me with a MMJ ID if I am not certified? Use another service and save yourself a headache.
Beware of MedWell Health and Wellness Centers. They charge more than any other options and do nothing to help. They don't answer the phone at all, the only existing email contact form on their website doesn't send emails or put you in contact with an agent, it just pops up with red print telling the user they are trying to "post from a corrupt form" Save your sanity. Look elsewhere for help. MedWell has ceased being anything but a hand reaching into your pocket, rooting around for cash. RIP OFF!
The lady I had my telephone appointment (Suzzy) was excellent. MedWell itself is terrible. I tried to reschedule my appointment due to Xfinity disconnecting my internet and they didn't answer the phone, I left several messages they never returned. What was the $140 charge for if I can't expect even the most basic efforts on the part of MedWell? Save your sanity, look to someone else to help you meet your needs.
