Really frustrated and disappointed in this service. Like many others, the 1st time was fine, but the renewal process and the spam emails and phone calls are ridiculous. Their system is so confusing that right now, I have a MMJ ID but no certification...which begs the question, why did they provide me with a MMJ ID if I am not certified? Use another service and save yourself a headache.
