Where do I begin with the insanity this pace has caused?! I received a phone call reminding me to schedule an appt for a renewal…. Anyway, I call back and I’m told I have the wrong number by the director Emily waxman who happens to oversee all of the locations…. Guess she couldn’t be bothered by me calling back. Quite low to uphold yourself to such a position and do such a thing. Consider getting your card/renewal elsewhere as the incompetence is VERY HIGH here. XOXOX😘
The “Doctors” here didn’t update my data in the system so my card is invalid even though it is current. Found out New Year’s Eve. This place is a joke.
God help you if you need to reach customer service. After half an hour on hold I was disconnected. This is after trying to rectify the fact that my certification was never sent to the CCC after my appointment. I’ll be certifying with another provider from now on.
