Anytime I call in it's always a 10-15 minute hold time as if they don't have actual staff working here and they've messed up both billing and delivery on 1 separate occasions. The only reason I use Medway is because they're the only one carrying my Adenzys but as soon as I don't have to use them anymore I'm cutting ties immediately. Their hours suck, their customer service is non existent and the only plus side is they carry my medication and they're willing to deliver narcotics...too bad they usually send the driver to the ... read more
Terrible experience. I bought a product and they sold me the wrong one. When I returned to explain the mistake, they not only didn't offer a solution, but they refused to exchange it or give me a refund. The service was unprofessional and completely unsympathetic. You trust a pharmacy because it deals with health matters, and these kinds of situations create a lot of distrust. So I was stuck with a product I can't use and I lost my money. I feel scammed. Staff is nice, pharmacy is clean, and they rarely mess up my prescription. But they are not good about informing me that my prescription is actually ready for refill or pickup. If I had the choice I'd rather go to Walmart or any pharmacy that has automated systems.
Amazing pharmacy. The Pharmacist Mr.Rashmi was very kind and courteous! Everyone who works there are very compassionate about there job and always are willing to answer any questions. I Highly recommend this Pharmacy to Anyone! ***** 5 Star ⭐ service!
