Staff is extremely professional, helpful and efficient! I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this pharmacy overall
Hire more people! Had to drive 45 minutes for the 2nd time to pickup my prescription. On the first drive it was not in stock, but the tech who was texting me insinuated that it was ready by giving me the address. No accommodations were made due to the inconvenience, other than me driving 45 mins again to pickup. Staff were apologetic which was nice & they had good customer service. Anytime I call in it's always a 10-15 minute hold time as if they don't have actual staff working here and they've messed up both billing and delivery on 1 separate occasions. The only reason I use Medway is because they're the only one carrying my Adenzys but as soon as I don't have to use them anymore I'm cutting ties immediately. Their hours suck, their customer service is non existent and the only plus side is they carry my medication and they're willing to deliver narcotics...too bad they usually send the driver to the ... read more
