We needed a lot of dirt. It's just dirt, right? Maybe but it needs to be delivered and placed in my yard. Dave was awesome. He was courteous and paid attention to how he maneuvered the truck and where he put the pile. The price was right and the screened loam looks like good product.

Very poor customer service. They never returned my call when I left 2 messages. I ordered a specific amount of dirt and when the driver showed up he had the wrong amount, drove on my lawn when I told him not to (left a huge rut) and almost took down a tree when he slammed into it. He did not dump the loam as he said he would send another driver out with the right amount but they never came. When I called 2 days later I kept getting a machine and no one called me back. I would not recommend this company ever.

I ordered compost. The delivery was great. We scheduled a day and time, it came exactly as expected. The coordination could have been a little better. I tried emailing first, got a response back to call instead though I'd left my contact info, and after the order I sent another email with pictures of exactly where I'd staked out for the driver to dump the load, but he still showed up in my driveway honking and calling me to come point instead.
