Total lack of customer service skills! My appointment was started 15 minutes late, the person I met never introduced herself nor greeted me or my wife. She, at the end of my appointment, stated she had left her business card in my cpap case, but upon examination, there was no card. Furthermore, she spoke to me in a condescending tone as though I was too old (I'm 63) to understand. As if that weren't enough, staff were in & out of the office 3 times. I went in to buy orthopedic insoles for my work boots. The receptionist said to talk to a specific person regarding ordering the insoles recommended by my podiatrist. The lady was extremely rude. I guess one can’t expect customer service or questions to be answered from a paying customer. Another San Angelo company who will lose to online retailers.

My mother 78 years old has been using Medway for over a year. They came to her house only the first month and never came back. They charge Medicare monlthy service fees. For whatI? do not know. We have called them for assistance and still no help. It's been over a year since her machines have been serviced. I highly recommend not using this service. They are only using there customer for a paycheck from the insurance company/Medicare.
