We went to the ER with my one year old girl. She had fever and i called her GP, they told us to go to the ER. The nurse we met was completely racist (we are from Eastern Europe). She was making annoyed faces the whole time. She asked me something i did not understand and made annoyed face when i asked her if she could repeat the question. Wasn't completely sceptical of going after reading the mixed reviews, but had to as it was the closest and I had an emergency. So glad I didn't trust the reviews and gave this place a try. Friendly welcoming staff. Went in on a Sunday and was looked after without a long wait, finsihed everything within 2 hrs. Dr tariff, sorry if I butchered the name of spelling was lovely. Would recommend!
Family member on Phoenix Ward and they're amazing, really looking after him and very polite and hard working!
My elderly mother has been admitted 3 times within the past month. She has been neglected. Nobody explains anything to her and she is of the generation that ‘don’t like to make a fuss’. At one point she was sent home with pneumonia and no antibiotics. Now she’s back! With possible sepsis. Also sent home with serious heart problems and no follow up. She’s back there’s now - because of that! In A&E today I saw at one point 6 elderly people on trollies in the corridors of Majors. All I can say in conclusion is try your hardest ... read more
