I requested for a one off deep clean service paying extra after tenants moved out. Paid £50 for agency fee - she found a cleaner quickly. I was informed about starting date and how long usually it takes (6-8hours to clean 3 beds house, £14 per hour). Unlike what I was informed, cleaner did not start the job on a given date and two cleaners came next day. They charged me double for 5 hours of cleaning.
