Quick resolution to a dog bite. Cleaned, medicated, stapled. Awesome.
Terrible experience to the point I walked out after sitting in a room for quite some time with my sick dog who was vomiting along with diarrhea. I had to run out of the building with him multiple times and there was not one of the employees that came to check on us. The grounds were limited for where to take my dog to vomit/poop. The area was filled with dog poop everywhere. I am assuming no one picked up after their dogs is because the poop bag container was empty. Regardless it was disgusting. Had little to no wait time. Staff was friendly and very kind. The vet took her time looking over my pup and answered all my questions. Cost was about the same as my regular vet visits which is great considering it’s an urgent care service! These ladies were wonderful with my pup! I would 10/10 recommend and will definitely use their services in the future!
Very timely and accommodating. Appreciate this place taking care of Pickles. Doc even followed up twice after the visit to make sure he was doing okay.
With EMA, the tech, I felt I was in the right hands. I know this is an emergency facility and I expected to pay a little more, but it was worth every penny. And Lucy is already doing better. And BTW, I almost never leave reviews for anything. That's how good it was.
