The Vet, Dr Lundhild was wonderful, kind and thorough and did not hesitate to refer us to an eye specialist. She contacted the specialist so we could get in the next day & had urgent surgery. I am grateful for Dr Lundhild & her staff’s care and referral to ensure our dog received the best care.
Very dog and owner friendly environments. Both me and my dog feel comfy while waiting for our turn to be seen. The doctor and the staff are very kind and patience. We always come to MedVet Mountain View whenever we need and plus they are open 24 hours. I will strongly recommend to go to MedVet.
MedVet Mtn View took great care of my toy poodle when she had unexpected diarrhea. The aftercare was also great. I had to call to change the prescriptions many times to different forms due to my dog's picky attitude and every time they were able to kindly help me. Fantastic service! Prompt, professional and compassionate. I would give 10 stars.
I had to bring my cat in for an emergency urine blockage. The staff there was very kind, made sure my cat was seen immediately and walked me through all of the options to make sure I had all of the information. Post care they’ve accepted my calls asking for guidance on what post care behavior is normal or a warning sign and have been genuinely very helpful and kind. It was expensive but I imagine it would be expensive anywhere
