One of the only sites in my area able to provide immediate care to pets. Everytime I've had an emergency with my cat, I could always rely on MedVet. Very friendly and professional staff and while treatment times can take awhile it's because they prioritize who needs care the most. Can't recommend this vet enough if ever there's an emergency.
Exceptional at every step of the way. Started providing solutions immediately while properly communicating the entire time. Worked to provide the most care for the most realistic finance outcome possible. Delt with my constant questions and yapping with incredible grace. Rarely have I ever seen a staff so exceptional at their jobs while also providing top tier customer service.
A very good experience. We were sure we knew what was making our otherwise very healthy dog very suddenly totally lethargic. We were wrong, the vet on Showers Dr diagnosed him correctly in minutes. With three days of antibiotics, he is far enough back that we feel confident that the vet was right. Also, reasonable price, as we opted to not do imaging. Would definitely use again
I would like to thank the entire MetVet team for taking such great care of Homero, especially the doctor who performed his surgery (I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name), Gaby, Estefany, and everyone who was behind the scenes caring for my dog. The attention was excellent, and I truly appreciate all the patience, dedication, and love you show when caring for the dogs. Thank you for everything you do.
Med vet has saved two of our dogs. The doctors and staff are excellent and kind. You can tell how much they care about animals and people in every interaction.
