Our cherished family dog collapsed and was very ill. We brought him here for emergency care and he was ultimately admitted and transferred to the ICU here. I can’t say enough positive things about the care we received here and the communication from the staff and medical team. In particular, Dr. Satchell is one the kindest most compassionate veterinarians I have ever talked to and took exceptional care of our beloved dog. It's a money factory. All about the money more than care. My opinion
We brought our 8 month old Mini Golden Doodle to Med Vet -Red Bank Road on Friday, December 12, 2025. They took our fur baby to the back for observation as soon as we got there. We sat there from 2:00 until 7:30 and our sick dog wasn’t even seen until 7:00. They did do his vitals right away and told us that all of his vitals looked good leaving out that his gums were pale which isn’t a healthy vital sign. I have never had such an amazing, professional, and friendly visit to any vet. The two staff that we encountered and the care that my puppy received was so above and beyond. I could not speak any higher.
I am so impressed. Worth the trip. They helped us expedite our cancer journey with our dane and approached the whole situation with absolute positivity and clarity.
