Great experience! Easy communication with staff. Dr. Wu was very nice, thorough and explained everything really well. She reassured us which helped a lot.
Thank you so much Dr Batts and the staff was so wonderful. We went to three locations till Dr Batts referred us to Sugarland veterinary.
Appointment was at 9 am and was out the door by 9:30. Everyone was professional and polite. Orthopedic Surgery consult was informative and I like the fact that the surgeon advised me wait and see before recommending surgery. Very honest. .
The Doctor and staff were very polite, kind, and professional. I would recommend anyone to bring their fur child here for care.
My vet referred my pup Eistein to MedVet Houston Bay Area to see a cardiologist. Everyone was exceptionally nice and very professional. The front office staff was efficient at the checking in process. The vet tech, I apologize I forgot her name, explained what procedures they would be performing on Einstein that day. Dr. Wu came in after all were completed and explained what was found and what she recommended as further treatment.
