I would give them a negative star if that was an option. Following is our first and last experience at this facility: Me and my wife had brought our 13-year-old Golden Retriever, Simba, who is suffering from Laryngeal Paralysis and who also struggles trying to sit and get up but is still always happy, friendly and in good spirits, to their facility in Cincinnati, Ohio, to get an echocardiogram. When we reached this facility, we were told that we were not allowed to accompany our old dog into the hospital which was not indic... read more

They are NOT a 24/7 facility. They may be open but if you take your pet in on a Sunday it will be forced to wait until Monday morning for proper treatment. Our dog is paralyzed because they waited to perform an emergency surgery. Our dog had IVDD. Every website or research we have looked at states the first 24 hours is critical for a good outcome. They wheeled him in on a stretcher since he had collapsed by then and was unable to get up on his own. We knew he was in liver failure from testing from our own v... read more

On the positive side, our pet got the care he needed! Our unexpected visit could have been so much better. After waiting 3 hours, info. was shared with me by the Vet on the phone which was helpful. But then found out at checkout via phone, the cost was $500+.. I should have asked sooner... The worst was the technician handed me a bag with meds and walked away with “the instructions are in the bag”... More communication & personal touch would have been appreciated.
