Staff were all very lovely. Definitely A LOT more expensive than i was expecting it to be for what he ended up having done, but they sent us home with the meds he needed and he's finally on his way back to his normal self!
No appointment. Saw my cat right away. Blood work & diagnosis, and gave me options. Sadly, we put Rosie to rest. The staff were compassionate and kind. Gave us the time we needed to say goodbye.
Very disappointed with the service my partner and I received when our cat passed away and we needed her to be cremated. They made the situation awkward by gawking and then didn’t get us into a private room right away. When he called later to ask for a necropsy they just said no, stating some issue with body temp. They said they’d inscribe a short, commemorative statement on the box her came back in, but they didn’t. It at least has her name. I called ahead of time to bring my dog in soon as I got there they help me bring him in took them right back. He gave me a brief assessment and an estimated cost right away of my dog treatment kept me updated the whole time and how the dog was doing. I think they did a wonderful job.
I have been going their with all my dogs since early 2000,s. A great ER for pets,very friendly staff and doctors. I highly recommend them for all of your emergency pet needs.
