Very caring and thoughtful staff.
I was very pleased and appreciative of the entire Med Vet Staff, with their help/care for my Kitten, Mochi. Mochi was diagnose with a severe upper respiratory infection and fever. The MedVet Dr and entire staff were very helpful and I am very grateful for their helping mochi.
PLEASE take your pet anywhere but here. The vet was not kind and insisted we put our pet down. We refused and even after we paid the outrageous bill it took over an hour for them to give my pet back. This was almost 9 months ago. We took our pet elsewhere and she is still with us living a normal life. We were so traumatized by this experience. Being pressured to put her down and then not giving her back to us for so long was cruel. She’s on medication now and I’m grateful to still have her.
Its 6 pm Friday night and its memorial day weekend and I need a vet. Everyone was closed except these wonderful people. My dog is large and protective and we thought he would b6 n bhhjmjk n bbbbbe a problem. We put a muzzle on him, they took his leash and took care of everything. Very nice people and gave me a private entrance to the room to avoid other patients.
