I was SO grateful they were open on Sunday! I was a little shocked about the $400 bill upon leaving, especially when they had initially told me $135 to be seen, plus treatment cost....so i was thinking double the $135 after treatment....but (ouch, no such luck) however- none the less, i have to say the ladies and dr were all very nice, accommodating, and even though we sat there for 7 hours on SUNDAY, i am grateful they were there and willing to pay for it! Exceptional care for my cat. Everyone was very nice, very professional and very informative of things going on.
We came Saturday morning due to foul smelling abscess on Trixie‘s tummy. Registration was very easy and the girls behind the desk were very pleasant. The same goes with the doctor unfortunately I forget her name and the tech’s in the back room they were all wonderful with Trixie. I was very, very satisfied with her care. On one off note for a visit that just was a triage and cleaning up the wound And some medI thought $ 440 was a bit high. But at least she’s okay now
