My dog ripped his dewclaw off on a Sunday late afternoon and we had to have it treated. They were able to have a tech care for it pretty quickly for such a packed waiting room. Grateful for them and affordable to have it treated before taking him to his vet for a followup, antibiotic, and pain meds.
I came here with my daughter and her sick cat. Her regular veterinarian could not fit her in. The staff is amazing and I can't say enough kind things about the Dr. Who saw us. Caring, compassionate and very kind. Not just a Dr but someone who truly loves animals. It was pricey. It's an urgent care for animals. The Dr. Who saw us was Dr. Zagler. She was so understanding.
They will have a mother and infant wait for 6 hours, until 9pm at night, forget they were there for the last hour and then send them home with a cat that had no major testing or surgery and a nice $500 bill. A simple UTI. No consideration for your time.
