Medvet continues to remove my google review, but I want people to know my experience so they do not go through it. I was a client for over twenty years as there are a lot of good people there. However.... Victoria Fisher overdosed my dog on fentanyl, despite a CAUTION note in yellow on in his chart to not to give him any sedatives. He had a resuscitate order on his chart and her and the director of the emergency room did not give him narcan and just simply watched him die. I was then called and told "your dog is dead." I was feeding a feral cat that I dearly loved but could not take in. On Christmas I found him with his back legs paralyzed. I took him to MedVet to have him put down. MedVet (Dayton) wanted $290 to euthanize him and I would have to take the body with me. Cremation would have been an extra cost. I could not afford this expense at this time. My furbaby has passed because of these ppl not doing their job and wasting my time because I called first before I came up there and explained I was there a few hrs prior and left due to poor treatment she assured me that I was fine to def come in so I paid a uber to go and 10 min after I arrived the cops show up and im told I have to leave due to not having funds to pay for treatment but no one would look at my bank app proving I had 327.00 in checking not the cop or employees I was a liar so I got a uber came home my esa b... read more

The lady who took us to our room was rude and unprofessional and they called the cops said they wanted me to leave because they claimed that I didnt have the money to pay the bill but no one would look at my bank app to see my balance of 327.00 not med vet or the rude police officer one lady answering the vet Kerry is her name she refused to give me the first names of the 5 ppl answering phones so I could tell the office manager about me being told I could come up there so the office manager can talk to them to find out who ... read more

We took our cat to this place. He was sick, he had issues. We got him in. then we had to pay a full estimate of 2,500 as a down payment for him to be treated for two days. They told us if he gets worse he needed surgery. We got him back. less then 24 hours we had to take him back and then we opted to have him put to sleep. The way the doctor spoke we'd be buying time with him. He told us that the surgery comes with risks. For the money we shelled out.
