Great, great experience – I was referred through our regular vet because she suspected our puppy had a fractured jaw. Even though the treatment was expensive, the peace of mind was worth every penny. The entire staff from reception to the nurse and the doctor were all amazing. They were kind, understanding and compassionate. If I ever need any type of specialty care for my pets, I would return in a heartbeat.
Bad Experience – The doctor used a treatment that actually made my pet worse off. He would not call me back when I sent him a letter with my concerns. A second doctor there actually told me to use the treatment that the first doctor said to discontinue. I wouldn't take a pet goldfish there again. I wish I could rate it 1 star.
