The staff was friendly and they treated Jack as if he were their own dog. They were thorough and alleviated any fears or questions I had.
Dr. Bennie is so patient and kind and professional. When my dog developed a murmur I had tons of questions and concerns and she answered everything thoroughly and didn't make me feel rushed. I truly believe the reason my dog is still symptom free today is her intervention and medication choices. The rest of the staff is also so kind. If I knew their names I would definitely shout them out as well, but I haven't had a single negative interaction. We were referred to the cardiologist at Vetmed by our veterinarian due to a health concern for one of our Sphynx. Since we were leaning toward possible HCM, I decided to bring her littermate sister along to have her heart checked too. I did ask for them to check Cleo first and if they suspected HCM, to then please go ahead and test her sister Carol too. They decided to just go ahead and test them both anyway.
