I cannot give a better review of this advanced medical team. I won't lie, it initially felt "sketchy". Beautiful place, but so quiet. I'm not quiet. They took me back, got all the history and facts and proceeded to take my sweet baby boy to the back to talk to the vet on the plan. Came back and I was quoted twice the amount as originally quoted when I asked. But what can i do? This is my baby and some of the items were "optional". The facility is very nice. The doctor is very friendly, understanding, and explains your pets current health and situation in the right level of detail. She’s patience and thoughtful.
The entire team at MedVet Grapevine is amazing! They are always so pleasant and helpful and great with my cat, who isn't always so friendly at the vet. From Christy, at the front desk, to Lindsey, the nurse, to Dr. Bennie, his doctor, Franklin says "thank you for taking good care of me". Even if he doesn't act like it, he appreciates you. And I always know he is being receiving exceptional care. Thank you!!
