I am using this office from 2010 and I can see and say how tremendously service went to the bottom during last 15 years. Major part of Front desk staff is aggressive, not speaking well English, they speak Spanish. If you try to handle your issue with schedule by phone, they don’t wish to listen to you and hang up phone. Doctor's nurse schedules appointment unprofessionally that you have to wait 3-4 hours and even more and after that she can say you: “YOU ARE NOT ON THE LIST IN COMPUTER. He is a good at his job but his office staff is horrible and wait times are very long even with appointment. Do not recommend.
I have been visiting the doctor for 16 years. This is a very professional doctor, always attentive and makes an accurate diagnosis. I recommend to everyone who is still looking for his doctor.
I saw Dr. Medvedovsky for over a year and It was just HORRIBLE. First of be prepared to wait for at least an hour, always overbooked and never honor appointment times. Every time I visited it took at least and hour of waiting and when I finally got to see Dr. Medvedovsky it was no more than 7 mins total. Personally I didn't feel comfortable, he was very cold and I felt that he didn't take my concerns seriously. I always left feeling extremely judged and unsatisfied.
If I could only put 0 star !!! Waiting time is about 2+ hours. Front desk is very aggressive towards to you if you ask questions to them. Office rooms are very filthy and extremely stuffed. I didn't see anything like that in my life. I don't know how Department of Health is letting them to work, see the patients, collect blood in conditions like that!
Waited forever to see the doctor. When I finally was admitted to the exam room she had her facebook up on the computer and was chatting with a nurse. She seemed competent enough but not committed to her job.
