Horrible, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!
Absolutely horrible. If you call them, set aside at least 30 minutes to be on hold before you ever get a chance to speak to someone. Unacceptable.
It has been 2 weeks of me trying to get my medicines paid over $100 for and I’ve been getting the run around with customer service and supervisors refuse to speak to me! DO NOT GET MEDICINE FROM HERE! Very unprofessional.
They have no idea what they're doing, and are setting a bad example.
The absolute worst company to deal with. Everyday it’s something new the need. Takes 2 weeks for medicine to be shipped. Major companies should pull their contracts and work with more reputable companies.
