What a joke of a school.. and there is NO jobs waiting for you after school, the market is FLOODED! Dont believe they will place you because they wont. And what about the price?? How do they justify it? Go to ANY other xray school, when you graduate, you will work in the same hospitals as medvance students, and make the same pay.. but you wont be paying student loans off until the end of time.... Just enrolled - so far the experience has been good. Class starts on May 2nd and I will let you know how it goes. Most of the people I have met so far, i.e. recruiter, financial aid etc have had great personalities, easy to work with, made everything easy to understand and made the enrollment process a pleasure rather than a hair-pulling experience. Like I said, will let you know how it goes!

warning!!! dont be taken by medvance fraud they lie about certifications and externships for IT.BT classes also, your given classes that dont have anything to do with your course of study,your given A+hard ware without A+soft ware you need both for certification adminastrators can care less about the students they want their money and the hell with you, ( what jackasses)also they steal your pill grant money there are alot of VETs attending medvance that cant get there money,the staff at medvance should be ashamed of theresel... read more

History: MedVance was originally started because Centennial Medical Centers x-ray dept. wanted to set up a hospital based program. There dream was to create top notch technologists. I graduated from the first year at this school and had nothing but the worst esperience you could imagine. We were lied to, blackmailed into giving them a positive feedback on a survey only so they could get their accredidation. We were told it would only hurt us if we told the truth! Very, Very overpriced school that does not invest in quality teachers. In our class we did have the pleasure of getting taught some classes by the director himself, which he is top notch. DO NOT GO FOR RADIOLOGY!!!!! I am a graduate from there and they will tell you that they are accredited, and they are but they are nationally accredited. Which means regionally accredited schools will not accept your coursework. All of the state colleges are regionally accredited so the credits that do transfer is the same as if you have taken a certificate program which costs less than half of medvance tuition. So if you look to spend a whole lot of money and only ever be a tech of some sort, and never in management this is... read more
